Metatron has requested that we perform ceremonies around the time of every new and full moon. Getting together in a group and stating your intentions out load will enhance the intensity of your intentions. Remember to invoke the masters of light you feel most closely connected to such Lord Metatron, Lady Quan Yin, Lord Buddha, St. Germain, Christ Maitreya, Master Jesus, Mother Mary and the living saints such as Sai Baba, Mother Meera, Amachi.

To prepare for the new moon, remember to write your intentions for that month. Be specific about those intentions and state it clearly. Lord Metatron has told us to consider the day of, the day before and the day after the new and full moon as an important time for reflection and applications of our intentions. For the new moon, you are beginning a new project. For the full moon, your anchoring that project at its most powerful time into the energy field of the Earth and your personal life. The new moon is the domain of Goddess Aphrodite. Remember to call upon the energies of the goddess, Divine Mother at both new and full moon. Goddess Celina is the deity for the three days of the full moon, the day before, the day of and the day after. Goddess Hecate is the deity for the fading moon. Her job is to release and transmute the dross and the obstacles from the path of your intentions.

With every cycle of the moon beginning with the new moon, set out your intentions and hold steady, repeating those intentions and intensifying your focus until you reach the three days of the full moon. The full moon becomes the fruition, the completion of your intention. The fading moon is the time for release of all which no longer serves your. At that time let go of all the unnecessary mental and emotional energy which holds you down and prevents you from going forward.

If you like to use candles, during the time from new to full moon use white for purity, green for financial abundance, yellow for happiness and joy, red for life force and Mother Earth energy, blue for spiritual power and purple for transmutation of unwanted energies and release from pain.

At the time of the fading moon if you feel that there are unwanted energies and emotions that need to be released, then use a deep purple for transmutation, gold for clearing of physical problems, silver for clearing and healing of relationship issues, grey to release depression and black to release darkness.

Remember that you can light candles on behalf of loved ones. Please remember that your own intuition is your best friend and greatest guidance. Go with your own instincts before you take anyone’s advice what candle serves you in each situation.

There are 12 portal days each year: 1/1, 2/2, 3/3, 4/4, all the way to 12/12.  Recently, we are becoming aware of greater energy coming through on these portal days as the planet is growing in consciousness. We are dealing with interplanetary activities as our Earth is raising her own vibration.  She is communicating at a higher level of consciousness with other planets in our solar system.  Receiving heightened energies on these portal days is becoming more noticeable for those of us who are sensitive to those energies.

During 2008, there are three very important portal days. The first one is 1/1/2008.  The numerology of this date is 01-01-10, as 2008 is 2 + 8=10.  The two other important portal days of this year are 8/8/2008 and 10/10/2008 (10/10/10).  In numerology, as taught by renowned ancient mathematician and philosopher Pythagoras, all numbers are added up to make the first nine digits from 1 to 9.  Each of these numbers have specific quality and value.  10 is 1, because 0 does not have numerological value. 11 is 2 (1+1=2). 12 is 3 (1+2=3), and so forth.

1 is the number for new beginnings. 1+1+1 (01/01/2008) makes 3, which is the number of the creative force of the Universe.  It also happens to be the number for our beloved Sanat Kumara, the planetary logos.  The first portal day of the western calendar happens on New Year’s Day, only a few days after the celebration of the birth of Master Jesus.

Please remember to focus on extending your meditations and prayers on these portal days.  List and recite your intentions, say your favorite mantra, commune with nature, spend time near the ocean and fresh water – near lei lines and vortices of light.  Be mindful that there is great communication available to us on these days.
