The objective for Path to Enlightenment; Book I, is to awaken and align the readers to their Divine Mission, the first critical step on the path to Enlightenment. The meditational exercises in Book I prompt the reader to actively seek and live that Mission on Earth. The first step was the opening of the Third Eye for greater perception of reality and connection with the Higher Realms. We moved on from there to open the chakras, or energy centers, of the body. This brought greater understanding of the five layers of our Energy Body. These layers constitute our Five Body System. Awareness of these bodies and their re-connection to the physical body promoted heightened sensitivity, intuitive abilities and inner sight. As a result, a greater intuitive connection between us, in the third dimensional reality and the Masters in the Higher Realms, was re-established. Once our energy bodies were filled with Light, we were brought to the Throne of the I AM THAT I AM, God in Form.
