Soothing Meditation

One of the first things we need to do to nurture and build our connection with Cosmic Consciousness, is to be able to connect within to our own inner guidance and to Higher Aspects of ourselves.  To do that we need to reduce the static and distraction of normal day to day life for a few minutes each day. Meditation is a good way to reduce this static and to calm the mind and emotions. For westerners, meditation is a difficult thing. Since Westerners, especially Americans, function primarily through their Mental Body, sitting quietly to meditate seems boring, if not painful, and forcing oneself to do can often be a losing cause. PTE MS Soothing Meditations are designed to work with the Mental Body to slowly release the mind’s control and allow you to begin building a connection within – in your own way; in a way that works specifically for you.

Phase I: Tranquil Mind Meditation Series

 

Phase I Session 1: Relaxation Techniques and the Art of Being

Meditation Transcript

Hello everyone, this is Jim and welcome to Tranquil Mind Meditation Series, Phase I, Session 1, Relaxation Techniques and the Art of Being.

Take a deep breath. Sit on the floor with legs crossed if possible. You may also sit on a chair with feet flat on the floor and shoes off. Sit comfortably with your back straight. You may also lie down if you prefer.

Focus on taking long, gentle deep breaths through your nose. Bring the air deep down, as if it reaches to the base of your spine, oxygenating your body and all the tissues and regenerating them with fresh oxygen. Now exhale through your nose and release, along with the breath, all the pollution and dross from your body.

Controlled Breathing and Stress Release Tools

Now, while you gently breathe in and out, begin to relax your body. Starting with the top of your head, relax all the tension in your head.

Relax your temples, your jaw.

Relax your neck, your shoulders, your arms, your hands and let the tension run out the tips of your fingers.

Now relax your chest. Focus on your breathing and bring your attention to your heart. Focus on your heart beat. Listen to your heart beat. Listen to the rhythm and the pulse of your heart.

It resonates with the sound of I Am, I Am, I Am.

Take slow, gentle, deep breaths, as you repeat, I Am, I Am, I Am.

As you continue to be aware of your heart beating to the rhythm of I Am, feel the tension leave, as you relax your hips, thighs, knees, calves, and out the bottoms of your feet.

Now bring your focus back to your heart and to the sound of I Am, I Am, I Am…..

What happens when we Meditate

When you meditate, you allow the energy of “Being” to permeate through you. When you repeat the mantra, “I Am,” you acknowledge yourself in “Being.” You discover your Divine Source when you allow yourselves to “Be” and when you acknowledge your Beingness through the mantra, “I Am.”

In the fast paced Western way of living, we measure our value by how much we do. We are doers. We are constantly “doing” to accomplish our goal. We make “to do lists” and we go about each day, as fast as we can, trying to cross out as many activities as we can on our lists.

And our lists are outcome based. We measure success by how the outcome of each completed task measures up to our and other’s expectations. This adds an undercurrent of anxiety which further encourages us to “Do” rather than “Be.” We become deeply engrossed in “doing” and while doing, forget about Being. We forget that Being is even an option. We forget to be, “in the moment” and enjoy what transpires in each moment because we are too busy doing and worrying about the outcome.

When we meditate, even if for only a few minutes, we allow ourselves to “Be.

We quiet the mind that is always ready to take us to our next to do list item and we remember our State of Being; we connect with our I Am essence, our own Beingness.

Through meditation, we can create a bridge between Being and Doing. Through meditation we can bring the state of “Being” into our “Doings.”

The Witness

Through meditation, we can awaken the Witness within us. The Witness is the Observer. The Witness is the part of our being that is always there, whether we are awake or asleep, always observing what we are doing, without judgment.  Whether we think we succeed or we think we fail, the Witness is always there at our side, perfectly happy in our performance and perfectly happy just to “Be” with us.

The Witness is the bridge to connect our Being Self to our Doing Self. The Witness watches us “Do” and reminds us to “Be.”

We cannot afford to stop doing because this is the nature of our Western world and we need to live in this world. But we can afford to live in Witness Consciousness. We can enjoy living this life and appreciating every moment of doing, while we flow in Being – in I Am, I Am, I Am.

The Witness, who is awakened through meditation, helps us to bring the I Am into the “I Do.” Then we “Do” whatever it is that we do, imbued with the love, the heart energy essence of Being …or … I Am.

Then things take a turn for the better. We live in each moment, enjoying that moment, living each moment of doing, by Being present in the moment.

Then we don’t lose the Joy of the Moment while we rush to end each task by “doing” it as fast as possible; in anxiety over the outcome. We enjoy the moment of Being, knowing that by Being in the moment, it will be good enough.

Then we can marry the Being and the doing, with the Witness as our Guide. The Witness helps us calm down and feel the joy, the bliss, the love and the Light of Being. The Witness calls the I Am and makes the tasks of doing enjoyable.

Take a deep breath, focus on your breath.

Let your heart beat with the rhythm of I Am, I Am, I Am.

Call the Witness to awaken within. It is the Witness who stands by your side always reminding you, I Am, I Am, I Am.

For the next 24 hours, continue to connect to the sound of I Am in rhythm with your heart beat. Connect to the Witness within, continuing to whisper in your ear, I Am, I Am, I Am.

  

Phase I Session 2: A Drop from the Ocean of Cosmic Consciousness

Hello everyone, this is Jim and welcome to Tranquil Mind Meditation Series, Phase I, Session 2,

Take a deep breath. Sit on the floor with legs crossed if possible. You may also sit on a chair with feet flat on the floor and shoes off. Sit comfortably with your back straight. You may also lie down if you prefer.

Focus on taking long, gentle, deep breaths through your nose. Bring the air deep down, as if it reaches to the base of your spine, oxygenating your body and all the tissues and regenerating them with fresh oxygen. Now exhale through your nose and release, along with the breath, all the pollution and dross from your body.

Be aware of your breath and your heart beating, I Am, I Am.

As you are slowly breathing, in and out, focus your attention on your heart. Listen to the rhythm and the pulse of your heart resonate with the sound of I Am, I Am, I Am. Feel the presence of the Witness standing right behind you, quietly and diligently watching over you; repeating softly in your ear, I Am, I Am, I Am.

Visualize a vast Ocean

Now I want you to visualize that you are standing on a high rock overlooking the ocean. It is about dusk. You gaze out over the water. There is nothing but ocean in front of you as far as your eyes can see.

Feel the breeze. Feel the salt air on your skin. Feel how refreshing it is.

As you gaze across the ocean, let yourself energetically expand and extend out over the water.

Be aware of your breath and your heart beating, I Am, I Am.

Feel all the stress and anxiety in your body release to the ocean. Offer all your stress, all your pain, all your struggles to the healing waters. Feel the huge expanse of ocean soaking up your pain and dross like a sponge.

Feel the lightness in your body. Feel how clean your energy body has become.

Be aware of your breath and your heart beating, I Am, I Am.

Once again look across the vast ocean. You can see the rolling waves. The waves roll up and down. They roll up, expressing themselves as waves for a moment, only to disappear again, becoming indistinguishable from the ocean. They are always the ocean but sometimes also a wave. It is as if they are saying, I Am the Ocean, I am the Ocean but for a moment, I wish to also be a wave, and they become a wave rolling upon the surface, until they become one with the ocean again and are happy to say, I am the ocean, I am the ocean.

Once in a while a wave breaks into a white cap that splashes up in the air. See the drops of water separate themselves from the wave and become individualized droplets. They fly through the air for a second and fall back into the water, becoming indistinguishable from the ocean once again. A drop that is always the ocean but was also a drop.

Now imagine that you are that drop. And imagine that you are flying through the air. Now you fall back into the water to become the ocean once again. How does that feel. You are no longer a small drop but the entirety of the ocean. What would that feel like?

Be aware of your breath and your heart beating, I Am, I Am.

You are a Drop of Cosmic Consciousness

Now imagine that you actually are that drop only you are a drop from the ocean that is Cosmic Consciousness.

Eons of time ago, we chose to experience the Universe as individualized drops from the ocean of Cosmic Consciousness. Somewhere along the way we forgot that we are that ocean, and that we are only expressing ourselves, temporarily, as a drop of that ocean.

Cosmic Consciousness is our Source and a connection to the ocean of Cosmic Consciousness is our birth right. We only need to realize it and to seek it. The role of the Witness, once we awaken to that realization, is to be the bridge to bring us back to that Cosmic Consciousness.

The Witness is the bridge that can connect our consciousness to the ocean of Cosmic Consciousness. Once we make that connection and are able to maintain it, the Doing becomes Being. Each task then becomes the Cosmic Consciousness, experiencing a part of itself “Doing” the task. And once the task is complete, the outcome is only the Cosmic Consciousness experiencing a part of itself observing the result of the task. Both the task and its outcome are one continuous flow of Being.

When connected consciously to Cosmic Consciousness, we experience; tasks, outcomes, up and downs in this continuous flow, without expectation, without anxiety, only with the contentment of Being. And we do not do this alone. Every one we see and every thing we see is a drop from the same ocean.

Bring your attention to your heart beat. Hear and feel, I Am, I Am, I Am.

Know that the Witness is standing behind you as your vigilant companion, reminding you that every beat of your heart, is the heart beat of the Ocean saying, I Am, I Am, I Am.

Become aware of your breath and hear the heart beat of the Ocean say, through you, I Am, I Am, I Am.

 

Phase I Session 3: Celebrating the Mind

Hello everyone, this is Jim and welcome to Tranquil Mind Meditation Series, Phase I, Session 3, the final session of this series.

Take a deep breath. Sit on the floor with legs crossed if possible. You may also sit on a chair with feet flat on the floor and shoes off. Sit comfortably with your back straight. You may also lie down if you prefer.

Bring the air deep down, as if it reaches to the base of your spine, oxygenating your body and all the tissues and regenerating them with fresh oxygen. Be aware of your breath and your heart beating, I Am, I Am.

As you are slowly breathing, in and out, focus your attention on your heart. Listen to the rhythm and the pulse of your heart resonate with the sound of I Am, I Am, I Am. Feel the presence of the Witness standing right behind you, watching over you, I Am, I Am, I Am. He is reminding you that you are not only the drop but you are also the ocean. And the Ocean says I Am through you as you.

Pillar of White Light

Visualize that a round Pillar of Bright White Light is descending from the heavens above, around you; a round cylinder, about 10 feet in diameter, with you standing in the middle. White Light is pouring down in a continuous stream inside the Pillar. Light is pouring all around you and also pouring into your Crown at the top of your head.

Imagine the Light filling your head until it spills down your neck and down into every part of your body. Pouring down until your entire body is like a lit light bulb. The Light is pulsing with the beat of your heart. I Am, I Am, I Am.

This Light is washing away the dross and pollution in your body, washing it out through the bottoms of your feet and into Mother Earth.  As Light pours out, a continuous stream pours in, keeping your body saturated in Light.

This Light can help you remove negativity and lower thought forms from your mind. This Light can help you to stabilize your emotions in times of duress.

Visualize the Light washing through you, raising your vibration and removing from your being all that cannot sustain this level of Light.

See that the Light pouring out the bottoms of your feet may look darker and dimmer as it takes pollution and dross with it.

Celebrating the Mind

As you stand in this Pillar, become aware of your thoughts. What are you thinking right now, this very moment? Your mind is bringing thoughts to you. Probably fast and furious.

I want you to interrupt your mind for a second and tell it what a great job it is doing and what a great job it has always done.

For those of us in the west, we Doers, we rely almost completely on the mind to navigate us through life. Our minds have been trained by life to be as sharp and as knowledgeable as possible and to control every situation of our lives for our benefit. In fact we have become so reliant on our minds that we have acquired a certain involuntary mental momentum that takes us through each day. When we wake up in the morning our minds have already begun organizing the day and we often move through the day on automatic pilot, with our minds as the pilot.  So, I want you to thank your mind for all it does for you and all it has done for eons of time.

Up to now, your mind has probably felt a huge responsibility on its shoulders, since it has done everything alone without any help. In fact, it has probably seen no evidence that there is any hope of help on the horizon coming to assist in keeping you safe, fed, housed or in providing for your wishes and your wants. This has fallen to the mind to figure out and to carry out. Is it any wonder the mind, on your behalf, has taken control and is reluctant to give it up. Your mind probably feels, and rightly so, that when it doesn’t stay in control, bad things happen to you.

This is the main reason why it is very hard for westerners, particularly Americans to meditate. You have to quiet the mind to connect with the Witness and bring the Doing into Being. In fact the mere idea of meditating often throws the mind into a frenzy. Your mind says, “I don’t have time for this. What about this task, what about that. If we don’t make that call now, it’s going to be a problem? Wasting 20 minutes sitting here is just going to make getting it all done that much harder for me.”

We need to celebrate the mind. We need to acknowledge that we know what it goes through day after day on our behalf, without complaining, just taking care of business. Thank and bless the mind and tell the mind you have a gift.

The Good news for the Mind

Tell it you are bringing a gift, the gift of help. You are going to introduce the mind to the Witness; and through the Witness, to the awareness of the ocean, the Cosmic Consciousness. To the knowing that the mind is not alone and there is help available and ready to assist the mind in living life safely, securely and contented. Help that can take the burden that exists in Doing – and dissolve it into Being.

So, for a few minutes; just 20 minutes ask the mind to step aside and let you have a chance to connect with the help that is waiting to come to the rescue. Assure the mind that after the 20 minutes is over, you will give your full attention to the mind. To a mind that has now had a chance to experience, with you, the Witness, the Ocean of Cosmic Consciousness and is already figuring out ways to bring this help further into your reality; a happier, stronger and calmer mind, feeling supported and protected.

Become aware you are standing inside the Pillar of Light. The Light is pouring down, moving through your body, clearing and cleansing you and raising you in vibration. Focus on your breath and your heart beating, I Am, I Am, I Am.

Spend a few moments or as long as you wish, to commune with your mind. Listen to what your mind has to say to you. About meditating, about life in general, whatever the mind wants to say. See if you can make a deal to take a few minutes out every day to meditate. A deal that will allow you to help your mind and your entire Being, connect to the vast ocean that you truly are, bringing you the help and sustenance your mind deserves.

Phase II Session 1: Divine Love of Mother’s Heart

Focus on taking long, gentle deep breaths through your nose. Bring the air deep down, as if it reaches to the base of your spine, oxygenating your body and all the tissues and regenerating them with fresh oxygen. Now exhale through your nose and release, along with the breath, all the pollution and dross from your body.

Now, while you gently breathe in and out, begin to relax your body. Starting with the top of your head, relax all the tension in your head. Relax your temples, your jaw, your neck, your shoulders, your arms, your hands and let the tension run out the tips of your fingers.

Sitting with Divine Mother

Visualize that Divine Mother has come to sit directly in front of you, facing you. Divine Mother is the Feminine Principle of existence, manifested into form. The Divine Feminine or the Feminine Principle is also known as the Holy Ghost in the Christian Trinity. This Creative Force is also known as Shakti, Chi, Prana or Life Force.

See Divine Mother in whatever form she wishes to present to you. She may appear as a Goddess with flowing robes, a female Deity that you are familiar with or as a ball of bright Light. Whatever form suits you and Divine Mother best will manifest in front of you. See that she is emanating bright Copper Gold Light.

Feel the love that Divine Mother has for you

The Divine Feminine is the Mother energy of the Universe. Divine Mother does not judge you. She does not scold you, she only loves you completely, unconditionally and unwaveringly, enveloping you in bliss as only Divine Mother’s Love can. You are her child. You are a part of her. You are the drop from the ocean that is Divine Mother. Feel the love and see that you are entirely enveloped in the Copper Gold Light streaming from Divine Mother.

Illuminating the Chakras with Mother’s Divine Love

Now bring your attention to your Crown Chakra. See that the Copper Gold Light fully illuminates your Crown Chakra. Breathe into the Crown, as the Light intensifies.

Now bring your attention to your 3rd Eye Chakra. See that the Copper Gold Light fully illuminates this Chakra. Breathe into the 3rd Eye, as the Light intensifies.

Now bring your attention to your Throat Chakra. See that the Copper Gold Light fully illuminates this Chakra. Breathe into the Throat, as the Light intensifies.

Now bring your attention to your Cosmic Heart Chakra. See that the Copper Gold Light fully illuminates this Chakra. Breathe into the Cosmic Heart, as the Light intensifies.

Now bring your attention to your Personal Heart Chakra. See that the Copper Gold Light fully illuminates this Chakra. Breathe into the Personal Heart, as the Light intensifies.

Now bring your attention to your Solar Plexus Chakra. See that the Copper Gold Light fully illuminates this Chakra. Breathe into the Solar Plexus, as the Light intensifies.

Now bring your attention to your Sacral Plexus Chakra. See that the Copper Gold Light fully illuminates this Chakra. Breathe into the Sacral Plexus, as the Light intensifies.

Now bring your attention to your Root Chakra. See that the Copper Gold Light fully illuminates this Chakra. Breathe into the Root, as the Light intensifies.

Visualize that you are completely saturated in Divine Mother’s Copper Gold Light and each one of your Chakras is a bright beacon of this Light.

Divine Mother and Oneness

We live in a world of duality but we can become conscious of our true nature. The statement, “The lover, the beloved and the act of loving are One” expresses the True Nature of the Oneness that exists between you, Divine Mother and all that is. You, the Lover, Divine Mother, the beloved, and the love that you share with Divine Mother and all that is are one continuous flow of consciousness. In our True Essence, there is nothing that distinguishes one from the other; you from Mother, Mother from you or you and Mother from the love that you share.

As you sit with Mother, feeling her love and sending her your love. Encapsulated in her Copper Gold Light, your Chakras shining, look in Divine Mother’s eyes and say, I can only exist because you exist. I am because you are.

As you sit with Divine Mother continue to send her all of your love and repeat,

“I am because you are.”

“I am because you are.”

“I am because you are.”

Repeat this mantra over and over again and ask Mother to give you its true meaning. Ask Mother to hold you in this knowing, while you do what you do in your daily lives, in this reality, in this duality, that the Lover, the Beloved and the act of Loving are One.

See that you are no longer sitting in front of Divine Mother but you and she are One inside the Copper Gold Light. You are the Lover, the beloved and the love as she is the Lover the beloved and the Love.

“I am because you are.”

“I am because you are.”

“I am because you are.”

Phase II Session 2: Divine Love of Nature and Mother Earth

 Sitting with Divine Mother

Visualize that Divine Mother is sitting in front of you, knees touching and beaming you Copper Gold Light. See that Divine Mother is sending from each of her chakras an intense beam of Copper Gold Light to each of your chakras. See that the intense Copper Gold Light fully illuminates all your Chakras. You and Divine Mother are both immersed in Divine Mother’s Copper Gold Light. You cannot distinguish where you end and Divine Mother begins. You and Divine Mother are One. You are the Lover, the beloved and the love as she is the Lover the beloved and the Love. Say to Mother,

“I am because you are.”

“I am because you are.”

“I am because you are.”

Expanding the Copper Gold to Encompass Nature and Mother Earth

Now, visualize that the Copper Gold Light that has formed around you and Mother begins to expand. Let Divine Mother’s Light move through you, expanding in every direction. In your mind’s eye, see the Copper Gold Light of Divine Mother expand to outside of your house.

This is Divine Mother’s love and Light connecting, through you, to the trees, to the leaves, to the grass, to the air, the gentle breeze. Feel the connection. The Universe and Cosmos are held together by the Divine Love of Mother. Let it permeate through you to all of nature, connecting you in Oneness with the trees, the leaves, the grass, the flowers, the rolling hills, the fields, the mountains, the fire of the volcanoes, the streams and lakes, the rivers, the water falls, the oceans, the clouds, the storms, the lightning. Let Divine Mother’s Copper Golden Light move through you to all of nature.

Now let the Copper Gold Light expand until it encompasses all of planet Earth. See the planet held within a sphere of Copper Golden Light that emanates, from Divine Mother, through you. It holds all of Earth, all of the oceans, all of the rivers, all of the land, all of the atmosphere of Earth within one large sphere of Copper Gold Light.

Awakening Nature

Let your consciousness, which is One with Divine Mother, connect to all of nature through the Copper Gold Light. If nature has fallen asleep, it will now awaken because of Divine Mother’s Love and Copper Gold Light which is moving through you. You will be the catalyst that will awaken Nature to Divine Mother’s love. You will be the catalyst which awakens your own appreciation and love of Nature. Feel the love you have for Mother Earth. Feel the love that all of nature has for you. The love each tree has for you; the love each field, pond, river, mountain has for you.

Let the Light of Divine Mother constantly and continually pour through you to all of nature. When you look out your window see the grass and the trees and make that conscious connection through Divine Mother. When you drive to work, let everything you see be a renewal of the Oneness you have with Divine Mother; connecting you with the consciousness of the leaves, grass, flowers, oceans, the clouds.

Nature is truly in love with you and wishing for your conscious recognition of the Oneness you share with it through the love and Light of Divine Mother.

Connect with your Favorite Place

Take a deep breath. Think of your favorite place in nature; a favorite view, a favorite lake, a place outside to sit that you really enjoy. Visualize this favorite place.

Now, engulfed with Mother in Divine Mother’s Copper Gold Light, see this spot with new eyes. See this spot alive with consciousness. You may wish to talk to the trees. Tell the flowers how beautiful they are. Place your attention on a rock that catches your eye and fill it with love and appreciation for being there for you to enjoy; to enjoy its shape and color, its life force; the life force that you are now able to discern through Divine Mother’s grace.

At the beginning of every day, spend just a moment to sit with Divine Mother and be engulfed in her Copper Gold Light. Expand this Light through you to all of nature and give yourself the gift of connecting through Divine Mother to all of nature. Love nature and let it love you. It only exists because you experience it. Show Mother Earth your appreciation and your love. Say to Divine Mother on behalf of yourself and all of Nature,

“I Am because you are”

“I Am because you are”

“I Am because you are”


Phase II Session 3: Divine Love of Living

 

Meditation Transcript

Hello everyone, this is Jim and welcome to Phase II, Loving Heart Meditation Series. This is Session 3, Divine Love of Living.

Take a deep breath. Sit on the floor with legs crossed if possible. You may also sit on a chair with feet flat on the floor and shoes off. Sit comfortably with your back straight. You may also lie down if you prefer.

Breathing and Releasing Stress

Focus on taking long, gentle deep breaths through your nose. Now, while you gently breathe in and out, begin to relax your body. Starting with the top of your head, relax all the tension in your head. Relax your temples, your jaw, your neck, your shoulders, your arms, your hands and let the tension run out the tips of your fingers.

Now relax your chest. Focus on your breathing and bring your attention to your heart. Focus on your heart beat. Listen to your heart beat. Listen to the rhythm and the pulse of your heart.

It resonates with the sound of I Am, I Am, I Am.

As you continue to be aware of your heart beating to the rhythm of I Am, feel the tension leave, as you relax your hips, thighs, knees, calves, and out the bottoms of your feet.

Now bring your focus back to your heart and to the sound of I Am, I Am, I Am. Become aware of the Witness standing behind you, repeating the mantra I Am, I Am, I Am.

Sitting with Divine Mother

Visualize that Divine Mother is sitting in front of you, knees touching and beaming you Copper Gold Light. See that Divine Mother is sending from each of her chakras an intense beam of Copper Gold Light to each of your chakras. See that the intense Copper Gold Light fully illuminates all your chakras. You and Divine Mother are both immersed in Divine Mother’s Copper Gold Light. You cannot distinguish where you end and Divine Mother begins. You and Divine Mother are One. You are the Lover, the beloved and the love as she is the Lover the beloved and the Love. Say to Mother,

“I am because you are.”

“I am because you are.”

“I am because you are.”

Expanding the Copper Gold to Encompass Nature and Mother Earth

Now, visualize that the Copper Gold Light expanding. Divine Mother’s love and Light are connecting, through you, to the trees, to the leaves, to the grass, to the air, the gentle breeze. Feel the connection. Let Divine Mother’s Copper Golden Light move through you to all of nature.

Now let the Copper Gold Light expand until it encompasses all of planet Earth. See the planet held within a sphere of Copper Golden Light that emanates, from Divine Mother, through you. It holds all of Earth, all of the oceans, all of the rivers, all of the land, all of the atmosphere of Earth within one large sphere of Copper Gold Light. See Mother Earth and all of nature begin to pulse the Copper Gold Light and sing to Mother, “I am because you are. I am because you are.”

Focus on Yourself

Focus your attention on yourself. You are an individualized drop from the ocean of Divine Mother, the Creative Force of the Cosmos, the Cosmic Consciousness. Your are pulsing in rhythm with your own heart beat, in rhythm with the heart beat of nature, in rhythm with the heart beat of Divine Mother, all singing in unison, “I am because you are. I am because you are.”

Within the Copper Gold Light and love of Divine Mother, you are living your individual life with the knowledge that you are a drop from the ocean of Cosmic Consciousness, of Divine Mother. You are connected through her Divine Love to all that is. You are doing what you do, thinking what you think; in the Reality you have co-created with Divine Mother, the Creative Force, and with all those who share your Reality.

Divine Mother in all people, Places and Things

Now take a moment and visualize the people you see every day. See the faces of your family, your loved ones, your co-workers, strangers that you pass by only once in your life. See the Copper Gold Light enveloping everyone. See each one as an individualized drop from the ocean of Divine Mother, connected through Divine Love, to the entire Cosmic Consciousness – of which you and all things are connected. See each one pulse with Copper Gold Light. Hear each one sing to Mother, “I Am because you are. “I am because you are. I am because you are.”

Every person you see, every person you will ever see is a drop from the ocean that is Divine Mother. Even though, in this density in which we live, there seems to be great diversity between individuals on this planet, from the broader Cosmic perspective, our range of diversity is miniscule. We are all drops from the same ocean, doing what we do, thinking what we think, as Divine Mother, the Creative Force, and individualized into these bodies and set into this Divine play.

Everyone you will ever meet, while they may not be conscious of it are connected to all things and are singing to Divine Mother with every beat of their heart, “I am because you are. I am because you are.”

“I am because you are. I am because you are.”

Living with Divine Mother as Divine Mother

Every night before you go to bed, think about what you need to do the next day. Think about your family and friends, think about the meetings, phone calls, tasks you need to perform the next day and sit with Divine Mother and spread her Light, wrapping all the people, places and things in her Copper Gold Light. See all people and all events pulsing with the Copper Gold. Hear all people, hear the places, the rooms you will occupy, the car you will drive in all pulsing and singing to Divine Mother. Let every action be saturated with Divine Mother’s love and Light. Every time you consciously invoke Divine Mother, the Copper Gold Light increases its intensity. The more you bring that Light and the conscious awareness of your connection to Divine Mother, you intensify that Light and she magnifies that Light even more. “Take one step towards me and I will take a thousand steps toward you,” she has promised.

Let the Copper Gold Light pulse constantly through you and everything you see. Make everything you think, say and do a celebration of Divine Mother; a celebration of yourself as Divine Mother, a celebration of every human being as Divine Mother, a celebration of all of Nature as Divine Mother and a celebration of all that is as your very own Divine Mother. All singing in unison, “I am because you are, I am because you are, I am because you are, I am because you are.”
