A Newborn ‘ s Conversation with God
A baby asked God, “They tell me you are sending me to earth tomorrow, but how am I going to live there being so small and helpless?”

God said, “Your angel will be waiting for you and will take care of you.”

The child further inquired, “But tell me, here in heaven I don’t have to do anything but sing and smile to be happy.”

God said, “Your angel will sing for you and will also smile for you. And you will feel your angel’s love and be very happy.”

Again the small child asked, “And how am I going to be able to understand when people talk to me if I don’t know the language?”

God said, “Your angel will tell you the most beautiful and sweet words you will ever hear, and with much patience and care, your angel will teach you how to speak.”

“And what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?”

God said, “Your angel will place your hands together and will teach you how to pray.”

“Who will protect me?”

God said, “Your angel will defend you even if it means risking its life.”

“But I will always be sad because I will not see you anymore.”

God said, “Your angel will always talk to you about Me and will teach you the way to come back to Me, even though I will always be next to you.”

At that moment there was much peace in Heaven, but voices from Earth could be heard and the child hurriedly asked, “God, if I am to leave now, please tell me my angel’s name.”

God said, You will simply call her, “Mom.”

You will believe me when I tell you that yesterday during the fire ceremony at Karunamayi many times your name came to me and I offered you up and prayed for you. Last night in dream time you were with me and every time I woke in the middle of the night your name was in my head, and I was praying for you.
This was indeed a major event of great significance. You absolutely may install Archangel Michael permanently over your parents’ house and at their side. Please REST and Revive your body and mind from the emotional trauma. Call upon Archangel Raphael, Mother Mary and Quan Yin to bring you healing, solace and peace. Last night I had a dream. You (Nasrin) came to me and said:” How many people can you (spear head?) or (Hold space for?) or (lead?). I told you that I was not sure….I said maybe one person. You smiled and said: try again, I said : seven, you said try again and disappeared. In the dream you did not look like the pictures or videos I saw of you. You looked different, but I somehow knew it was you. After you disappeared I saw a column of fire and gold and knew that Divine Mother and Shiva had merged their energies and surrounding the column of light were your (Nasrin’s) energies and from there emanated many rays of bright orange copper light. One of the rays was mine and as I said there were many other rays, all beautifully glowing,( group members?). And then from each one of those (primary) rays , emerged several secondary rays and from those emanated tertiary rays. and so on. What I saw was a glowing network of light radiating outward. and then I heard the words ” The time has come”.

This dream comes at an interesting time. I had been feeling off and on upset about all that is going on in the world today. I also wondered why I am living in the town I live in. A town filled with greed and more greed. I told my husband recently that I wanted to move ASAP. He ( a closet spiritual) told me: ” There is a reason why we are here, (living in this town) , it is our path, you and I are in the belly of the beast”

I woke up this morning and put the dream and what he ( my husband) told me together. I understand now that I don’t want to be living in this area but that I am meant to be here….just like he said…..I guess to radiate the light in the midst of the surrounding darkness. I also think that 2010 should be interesting, is our group energy heading for the threshold point where we will link with so many?

I love the Isis pendant. When I went to Egypt I went to Isis Temple and I felt a wonderful connection with her, and in London 4 years ago it was Osiris introduced me to Ganesh. I feel so close to all of them… I´ve never been able to find my Guru, but my heart is complete since we started working directly with Divine Mother, the adoration that I feel for her is beyond everything, I talk to her all day long and I feel her so close…I´m placing myself to her feet all the time, I love her with all my heart and my being, she is the one, can that be the reason why I never found my Guru, is it because she is the one guiding me directly. She knows that whatever she wants for me she gets it, no questions asked, no hesitation, my soul knows that she wants the very best for me and she is guiding me and showing me where to go and what to do.
Nas, you know that I´ve always considered you not only my wonderful friend, but my spiritual mother as well. I love you with all my heart and my Divine Mother give you everything beyond your wildest dreams!!!

Since I have been participating with the Lords of Light, the Return of the Mighty Elohim and the Return of the Celestial Guardians as well as the Sacred Geometry and Inner Light Inner Sight programs, it is impossible for me to say which energies assisted with which specific issues for me.

What I can say is that all of it has been wonderful and I am certainly in a much better place than I was before and am truly grateful to my spirit for finding Nasrin and all of you, this wonderful community of Light.
My world is more peaceful, my health is more balanced, my energy levels are improved, my sleep timeis more peaceful and I am actually getting some sleep! I feel more at peace and more comfortable in my body. It has all been subtle changes, not one big specific change I can identify but a general overall uplifting for which I am truly grateful.

As we celebrate Mother’s Day and Earth our Mother – let us also acknowledge those women that have nurtured, supported, loved, mentored, and even sometimes pushed us forward. They may have appeared in our lives as friends, lovers, teachers, co-workers, or even strangers that held a candle for us along the way. The Divine Mother’s faces are many but they are all Love. She lives within each of Us. It is her wish that we find her face within our own!

I imagine that a mother or grandmother might share these wishes with a loved one before they embarked upon their life journey. I share them with you, now.

I wanted to share this with you,,,,,I purchased two wands several weeks ago,,,,,,I placed them inside pillow cases on our bed…..I didn’t mention it to my husband a few days later as we were making the bed he asked what was inside his pillow case, I explained to him…….he sort of chuckled as he knows I am open to different things and he supports me even tho he isn’t into it……and then he did share that he thought he was sleeping much better, and if he did wake up was able to go to sleep easily, I shared that I too felt I was sleeping deeper……I used the crystal on the call on Sunday , and hadn’t put it back in his pillow case and Nasrin much to my surprise he asked where his wand was, that is a big Wow ……truly it is…….so thank you I will be purchasing the 5 piece one for the bedroom……….Again thank you Nasrin.

Just a note to tell you I love my Selenite crystal wands. I started out with them all under the bed in the X-Plus Grid formation and could only take that for a few days. Now I’ve just got four under the bed in the formation you emailed to us. I will eventually get them all under there but need to ease into it as they are so very powerful. It felt great the first night than it got too heavy and I couldn’t shift the heaviness off me. Once I took four out from under there, the energy shifted and lightened up. Now I carry one or two on me to work everyday so I can keep adjusting to their energy.

I wanted to acknowledge the gifts received. I’m not sure how I found Nasrin’s website but it occurred in November ‘08. The group channel archives were my invitation and my library for a while. Then the Portals, Sacred Geometry, Inner Sight Inner Light, Return of Celestial Guardians…all beckoned…further…further.
The journey is rich.

The home study format is well-planned with great flexibility…structure with flow…access at a determined pace keeping the focus on mastering the experience at hand. It actually takes the pressure off to keep advancing, advancing. It also gives me reassurance when I click on the next lesson and I get the gentle reminder…”not yet”…permitting me to bathe a little longer in the energies of the here and now.

Thank you Nasrin for sharing your personal stories. They are helpful, reassuring and entertaining. My physical, mental, and emotional bodies have experienced so many aches, pains and shifts since January. At first it was, “My God what is wrong? How could so much discomfort be OK.” The group feedback and Nasrin’s encouragement kept me moving through each wave, some would take a week…two to move on. Then a new form would greet me. Like dancing with new partners: Acknowledge…Accept…Release…Two…Three.
The meditations and group journeys are…transformative and revelatory. To have the format that offers the opportunity to repeat them is…a platinum treasure.

Dear Nasrin,
I just want to say thank you for the Quartz crystals you sent me, they are beautiful. I love the amethyst.
Just to let you know, this last Thursday while I was at work (of all places ???), a beautiful gentle yet powerful (not to be ignored) energy entered through the back of my neck, moved through my cranium area in a swirl, I felt the most beautiful vertigo, I did not mind, on the contrary, it was welcomed. This swirling vertigo stayed for several seconds, maybe half a minute and then it was gone. This is the interesting part, a message was left, I say “left” because, this thought formed after the energy was gone. The thought was:” Everything ( for me) is now in place, the only thing that is off is (my) attitude.”… I had to laugh, this is too good!!! Just to let you know, since the 4th session of the celestial guardian, Metatron said it was time for our higher self should now be incorporated in our daily lives, I had asked for this, I don’t know if this was my higher self but it was something beautiful and powerful.

Hello Nasrin,

On Monday March 23, 2009 I received and used my pair of Selenite wands for the first time at the first session of the Return of the Celestial Guardians in Westwood MA. Because I was in the room with others I didn’t think much about the buzz I felt when holding one in each hand pointing heavenward. When I used the wands the next evening to clear my energy before meditating, I could clearly feel them in my aura and pulling out whatever didn’t belong there and aligning my energy. Usually it takes me a while to get quiet, focused, centered. Then my conscious mind tends to fall asleep while the rest of me goes sailing! When I sat to do the meditation while holding the Selenite wands I was instantly, and I mean instantly, aligned and zapped into other dimensional realms in a very conscious way, unlike anything I had experienced before. Within about 15 minutes I was finished and it was clear that we were done. I felt clear, connected, awake, bright, energized and mentally peaceful and focused. The website says: The Selenite wands are popular and potent. They are high vibrational tools for activation of all chakras, especially the Crown and Third Eye Chakras; best for communication with Angels and Celestial Guardians. I’d also add that the wands are potent clearing tools.

I’ve worked with a lot of different kinds of crystals over the years and this is only the second time I’ve worked with a stone that I could so easily feel its energy and purpose and how it worked with/for me so tangibly.

Thank you, again, for including me on the call to anchor the Celestial Guardians in Nashua. I’ve been feeling quite tired since, perhaps an effect of anchoring these energies. When you brought them through, I saw several in different color combinations than you mentioned. Yet, each was quite powerful, very large, pure and magnificent. I’ve also been working with Mother Mary’s healing grid almost daily. It may be time for me to move on from that. I’m very excited to begin the Plum Ray of Regeneration grid! That seems like a natural progression from the healing grid. How beautiful! The plum ray feels delicious just as I write about it. I hope your stay in New England is blossoming into something wonderful and renewing for you, especially as we move into spring. By the way, many kudos on your updated website! I’ve been participating in the monthly sessions with the rest of the group. I wanted to share something that happened to me Saturday.

I joined the biggest loser in my state through a local radio station (as opposed to the national show) because a voice pointed my hearing to the radio commercial telling people how to sign up for the contest. I feel like losing weight is being told to me – perhaps to keep me in better balance for body, mind and soul. I know I can’t do it alone and all throughout week one people have been brought into my life to sit next to me while I row, or walk on the treadmill next to me when I walk just to keep me going.

I see this journey of weight loss as a journey to bring light to myself and others. I see it as a no brainer – next step – totally out of my control yet in my control if that makes sense.

I have over 100 lbs to lose and the thought of that is quite overwhelming. Anyway, I have heard the voice “in my head” lead me to great results a couple times before and it has not lead me astray, so I listened and signed up.

Short story, the exercise regimen is greuling, the change in diet is very hard and the energy involved to keep working, and family, and school and volunteer activities going is enormous.

This past Friday night I was exhausted. I had only completed 2 hours out of my 3 required and had nothing left to give. I went to bed fairly early and I prayed to all of the Masters to help me and even asked that they accelerate the fat burn during the night. I was hoping for a 3 or 4 lbs loss.

Saturday morning, I stepped on the scale in front of the trainers and I had lost 11.1 lbs! I was utterly shocked.

After coming home, my youngest son reminded me that I had mentioned the importance of the number 11 and to pay attention when that happened. Lord Shiva is connected to that number.

I have no doubt he and all the Masters were listening and helping me along the way and this was their way of saying so.

Believe – they are listening.

Congratulations, the degree of your weaknesses is a sign of the intensity of your service to the Light. Thank you very much for your question. Everyone else feels the same. I have been very weak myself. The past two days have been a foggy experience. it began on Friday 1/30 and intensified everyday by 2/2.

Your experience is the sign of the importance of this task and the intensity of the energy that the Masters are bringing to Earth and anchoring through all of us who came together on 2/2. This shows the enormity of the plea from Master Jesus for everyone of us to be his helper and the beacon of his Light. While we stood in his energy we were over lighted by him to be in service to the Lords of Light and to facilitate the return of the Celestial Guardians.

This is why the masters are calling 330 of us to come forward to anchor these energies. What you can do is to pat yourself on the back and thank your good fortune for heeding his call. When you feel better you might start considering doing more by performing the meditation he gave and participating in other events as clearly you make a difference. Meanwhile, I congratulate you and welcome you to my world. This is more or less what I go through after a group channeling and even more intensely so during the Group Channeling Series like Sacred Geometry and Inner Sight Inner Light courses and during workshops as I have to hold space for all of you. I pray for your speedy recovery.

The two day conference is $72. for both days and the information of the phone number etc., will be sent to you. You will use either of the two meditations which Jeshua gave. If you want to use the one from 2/2 I have separated the meditation portion for you to listen to. If you are comfortable continuing with the Orange ball, then do that. First what an amazing story, and a fine resolution. Thank u and your 13 year old. These younglings will see us through to reach the new world we hope to reach or ” to be the change that we want to see” as Ghandi said. I will use this analogy from now on as it is so appropriate for all of us old souls who want to change the world, so that we can free ourselves from the burden of Life, in this density and yet the enormity of the burden slows us down and frustrates us to the point of coming to a painful and grinding halt. The young generations don’t see it our way and have a broader horizon unburdened by our lack of patience and the burden of our baggage accumulated over many lifetimes. Thank you for your loving words. I do look forward to us flapping our little wings together.

Excellent question. The objective is to heal and clear all ailments whatever their source and where ever they originate from. Furthermore, the masters encourage us to stop delving into the who, when, where, why and get on with the task at hand: ridding ourselves from the Pain, struggle, trauma and dramas of all lifetimes. They encourage and guide us to choose to return to the state of unity and free ourselves from the state of duality which we have attached ourselves.The more we dig and delve into events, the deeper we immerse ourselves in the muckety muck which has led us here. we all need to remember to let go and let God!

Yes 11 and 11.11 is Lord Shiva’s sign. These other numbers are all Master numbers and very significant. While all double numbers such as 11.11 and 12.12 etc. as well as 711 and 911 are important master numbers and energy portal numbers. Series of numbers are related to specific masters, 4s are related to Lord Melchizedek. 5s are Metatron’s, 7s belong to the Ancient of days. Dan Millman’s book does not refer to the specific masters. that is what I have learned from the masters directly in my own experiences. Millman explains the numerological significance of each number, one is unity, two is confidence, three is the number for creation and creative force etc.

Thank you very much for your comments. All those numbers are very valid and very important. When you see 444 or any other numbers which are signs, anytime anywhere, just say I know you are there. Thank you for being with me. Help me figure out what your guidance is and if it is only to give me love then I love you too. And then think of what you were thinking just before you saw the sign. a pattern will emerge gradually. that will tell you that they are actually talking to you through these numbers. For example, a confirmation of a thought when the number came up. Then offer that thought or the action behind it to the masters. 111 is the Lords of Light. 222 is duality, a means by which to cope with the mundane and also one of the numbers for Archangel Michael and his legions. 711 and 911 are coded numbers that have to do with planetary energies and events. They also have to do with the awakening of souls to their spirituality.

I agree with the others on their blogs post You ARE already an Ascended Being, and you ARE a Divine Master and a DIVINE BEING OF LOVE!!! :-) My life has literally not been the same since Quan Yin and Divine Mother guided me to you. I too feel you are an aspect of the Divine Mother and this feeling has come to me often. You would not believe the Divine Love that you channel thru your words, the divine energy you emanate. Absolutely Divine! I love you so very much and am so honored to have such a beautiful spiritual family and getting to experience this series of calls that you so lovely gifted me with.

Wow when I was reading Myan post on the blog and she brought back up the spear. As you know my birth name is Sharon and I remember being given my Sanskrit name by a friend which he told me was Sharana and it meant like a type of weapon…..like an arrow. The arrow has many meanings he said it is like a sharp pointed mind. Then he took Sharana and it must then be made into feminine, so Sharani is the feminine of Sharana. However when you say it…….it sounds like Sha Rani. The feminine then takes on a new meaning. It is the shelter, or the shield that protects from the arrows/spears, protecting, guarding, defending. Like in the Da Vinci Code, he talked about the triangle pointing up is the masculine and the triangle pointing down is the feminine, the feminine is the shield, the abode or the shelter that protects us. I thought that was beautiful.

I have been meditating with the masters and asking for solace for you. I have especially offered a puja to our beloved Satya Sai Baba asking him to clear the path of forgiveness for you. It is in forgiveness that we gain the strength to have compassion. It is in compassion that we move mountains. You are in a good and absolutely necessary pain. This is a pain of longing to be much greater than this body and the emotions and thoughts that move through it. For indeed you are not this body but this body is yours, you are not these thoughts and emotions but these thoughts and emotions are yours. These thoughts and emotions you shall free yourself from, only to fill your Self with Compassion and Love, for you are Love. You are and have been in my prayers ever since we have connected.

As for my name, it was chosen by my father and great grand father from the book of the Persian Sufi Saint Hafiz. It is a pink colored wild rose which grows in the salty sands of the oceanfront and has a strong lasting fragrance. The poem which depicts the name translates to something like this,

“THAT, who gave your face the color of Nasrin, can THAT give my poor heart patience and solace.” In this case THAT is referred to God.

Yesterday, I wanted to check the data for the 10/10 group channeling which Michael posts on the web page, a couple of hours before the session would start. Strangely enough, when I wanted to log into the computer (I’m also using Skype now to make my calls to the US since it is much cheaper), I could not start Windows XP. As soon as I wanted to login to my account, the computer refused duty and stopped with a beeping sound. I tried everything I knew I could do, but no advance …

When the group channeling was about to occur, I tried again hoping it would work then, but the same thing happened, the computer refused. The only thing left (I had no hardcopy of the conference call information) to do was to enter into meditation and focus energetically on the channeling. The next morning I tried the computer again. First trial, same thing, but after the second trial I was able to startup in a normal way. Everything is now up and running again.

Do you have an explanation for this?

My dear Costa,

You too have an amazing story. I am well aware of the anxiety attacks, the heart and chest pains and the neck and shoulder pains. Furthermore the hot and cold flashes. As the humorous saying goes “these are energy surges, not hot flashes!” Well, you are the epitome of these energy surges since as a man you would not be prone to hot flashes. In the Hindu teachings these are related to the rise of the Kundalini energy from the base of the spine up the “Sushumna Column” which sits on top of our spinal column and carries the spiritual energy. The heat brings the cleansing fire or the fire of yoga to burn the dross and the cool washes it off. The heat and cooling effect is a great means for clearing and acceleration.

Do you remember those childhood moments where as a result of an event an accident or being witness to actions of the grown ups, we would be filled with levels of anxiety which bordered terror to the point of freezing with distress and tension? Those were the moment when the personality aspects left. In your case these were times from 18 months to 15 years. Imagine how deeply we buried those anxieties inside of us and how hard we have tried to forget those moments of panic. Now imagine that in order to release them, we have to allow them to be unleashed and come to the surface. These were the type of experiences which led me to ask the masters to take away the emotional pain and give me physical pain instead.
Unless they come to the surface we will not know wholeness, which unfortunately translates to our inability to reach spiritual Enlightenment, and the inability to live the perfection of this mundane life in peace and harmony.

Fortunately you have already experienced the Light at the end of the tunnel with the opening of the Third eye, relief from anxiety, dropping the burden of depression and walking the path of Light to its ultimate Glory in serving others, with your Reiki Healing practice.

I am most grateful for your devotion and dedication, trust and surrender to this process and to the Masters. I am deeply thankful for Katie’s presence in all of our lives and service to all people fortunate to know and frequent the Women of Wisdom Healing Center. I look forward to a visit with all of you before the end of this year.

Dear Nasrin et al,

I feel a bit like the Great Silent Watcher. I’ve been trying to organize my thoughts, but that’s very challenging for me these days! I must put my following remarks into context.

I’ve just entered into my 6th year of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). This did not begin with an illness, but a “sun stroke” event on top of stress plus genetics. It’s recently been documented that regardless of how it begins, central to this type of condition is a malfunction in the HPA Axis: Hypothalamus, Pituitary, Adrenal. And it seems that the insomnia we experience, the “tired-but-wired” inability to fall off the edge into deep sleep, is because the hypothalamus is out of control, and cannot be treated directly. Thank the Mother for that, because we’re forced to do it for ourselves!

After 4 years I had a protocol of amino acids, vitamins, and minerals to relax my nervous system. Since I’ve begun working with Sanat Kumara and the grids, just under a year ago, my body has gone through remarkable releases and changes, as I’ve posted elsewhere. During the past 6 weeks, it’s almost as if my body has anticipated the physical changes that were necessary to accommodate this current series. But I must digress for a moment.

Early this year I began actively attempting to contact my guides and the Masters. I found I could do this. But, to reinforce Nasrin’s words about being careful about who you pull in, I was opening up without proper understanding and protection. I collected a whole team of discarnates, who loved getting my energy high as a kite. It took me a couple months to realize that I’d been so involved in the question of whether these voices were real or my mind, that it never occurred to me to ask who they really were. When I finally got it, and asked each directly, each unfailingly answered truthfully that they were not who I thought they were, but they’d had a great time with me! It took some intense work with AAMichael to rid myself of this muck. The grids of protection are a great security system.

About a week after the 8-8-8 I developed heart palpitations, pain in the center of my chest, breathing problems that felt maybe like old asthma releasing. It lasted 4 weeks, and one of the things which helped at the beginning was work to accommodate the higher Central Sun vibrations. There was also a period of intense twitching in my left eye and upper face. Now it feels as if my body was clearing the way for opening the Seat of the Soul and my Cosmic Heart chakras, as well as my 4th eye.

My body now wants significantly less of the amino acids that have been critical to my nervous system and emotional body. And then I sit and listen (over and over) to Nasrin and Metatron’s words about the hypothalamus and pituitary connection, as well as the pineal gland, and overlaying a new nervous system, equipped for This Moment, for enabling my Divine Mission…How Blessed is that??

My first big physical release provoked by Sanat Kumara involved my inner male and female. This time, after a few days watching my inner female, I saw that her posture was that of servitude. Was that before or after Nasrin’s inspiring reminder that we’ve been the spearhead, we’ve been piling on responsibilities for eons? Once I saw her and we communicated, the feeling of servitude changed to one of joyful service. Just as my physical body had a final-straw melt-down, and now is allergic to responsibilities, but so overjoyed to be in and of Service!

I must add here that I worked intensively with the prosperity grids over several months. Synchronously, when I said, “Mother, I want this or even better. You might have a better plan. Thy will, not my will…”, the impossible neighbors all disappeared within weeks, and gifts came my way.

I also had the thought while we were focusing on the aquamarine clarity and purity, the new masculine, that this energy is already being subconsciously seeded, as we sit in airplanes gazing out at all those aquamarine shapes that are swimming pools!

I’ve done a lot of work with my inner child in the past. What’s different now is that as soon as she came into this scene she’s been in a state of Delight! She got a new hairstyle, and feels as if each of the Masters is the auntie or uncle she always wanted, wants to spend time with each of them. Blessings

Dear Nasrin,

Thank you for all the time and energy that you put into our private sessions. I had a very interesting experience which I would like to share with everyone.

I set up and completed both of the abundance grids that we were given in the group sessions. I continued with both of them for a month. Meanwhile I had a couple of unexpected expenses which occurred and I was actually grateful for as we were told by Metatron that such things are to prevent a bigger, more serious situation. At that point I was in complete surrender and only asked, “Divine Mother, please help me take care of this situation. I leave it in your hands.”

That was two weeks ago and a couple of days ago, I had a phone call by my financial representative that the source of the monthly income which he was managing for me, was actually going to be doubled. I could hardly believe it as such a thing is so uncommon to happen. Of course, immediately after the phone call I remembered the grids and knew that my prayers are being heard and in this case answered. This was an important confirmation for me.

Thanks for the reading last night. It was very powerful. All day yesterday I sensed my emotions “not like me.” It helped me a lot to hear Metatron talk about that. Also, I felt like I was processing a whole lot in one night and had to be very vigilant on my thoughts. I kept calling on the Maters and the Divine Mother.

Then last night I saw Sai Baba and Karunamayi in a dream and following that I saw that we (you, me and a few others) were actually planting strawberry fields, connecting all the plants by stringing them in rows, one by one in the ground and instantaneously I saw each plant grow and bear fruit right in front of my eyes in a matter of seconds.

I emailed recently, you may remember me. Thank you for your answers. I am not sure if what I need is a private channeling session or a life reading. What I know is, I am at a cross road, I am sure of it and I must have some answers. The one that is predominant is: Who am I beyond this 3 D shape?

You recently were so good to welcome me to your family but What is my family? What is my soul lineage? What is a soul lineage ( I still do not understand- I am still in the early part of your books). What exactly is my purpose here at this time. I understand from our sessions that we are being called upon to carry to embody the pure white light, is that my purpose?

I apologize for long email but much is happening to my wonderful state of denial, I am drawn more and more to an inner feeling. As you know, since 9/9, I have participated in the group channeling on portal days and inner sight and inner light sessions. I feel great good but I need answers. in order to fully move into what I am being called to do. I am open to either (Channeling or life reading). I feel strongly that time is of essence. Hi Nasrin,

What I have been noticing with the Inner Sight Inner Light meditations with the Masters is that the energy for that meditation sometimes comes to me a day or two before the actual meditation. For example this past Wednesday, I had another hard day with physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion leading me to sitting in my room crying for a while in the early morning hours.

Everything felt hopeless for about a half hour. But again I called upon Sanat Kumara, Divine Mother, Quan Yin and my Guardian Angels for help in releasing this easily and quickly balancing me on all of my five body levels. Within a half hour I felt so much better. I was able to handle all the crisis situations from a more detached view.

By Friday the energy really started to shift and on Saturday I was so filled with Joy and Bliss. I had a great day! What was curiously interesting was that all the things I felt on Wednesday (sadness, hopelessness, anger, frustration, feeling alone, etc) were now being expressed by people around me wanting to tell me their woes.

By the end of the day, I had to take an Epsom salt bath with lavender and cedar to get rid of all the sticky stuff from them and re-enforce the protection grid. Interesting how the more light you beam out to the world the more misery is attracted to it. There must come a point where none of the misery in the world can even stick to you if you carry enough light. I’m hoping that is the case.

Even my pets are feeling the meditations as they are changing as well. One cat always sits with me when I’m doing one of the sessions, either with you or on my own during the week.She had very loose bowels on several throw rugs over the past few weeks and I asked how I could help her with this and got an answer within a day and it worked. Now she is better and seems to understand me better when I talk to her. Another pet is getting more needy and wanting more attention from me and the other one is hiding all the time. I’m working with those two as well.

After every meditation session with you and the ones I do in between your sessions during the week, things seem to be clearing faster and faster on all levels. I hope you will be doing more after these sessions as I so look forward to these each week on Sunday.

Your books sit near my bed on a bookshelf and sometimes I just hold them to feel the energy of what they contain and that works too to release dross and sadness. I have read all of them except your newest one that is not out yet.

Even though my inner vision is not as strong as my feeling nature, I’m starting to get short quick pictures in my mind of these Beings of Light.

Thank you again and bless everyone that is working with you at FAGU and the wonderful phone group you have created to help the Masters spread more light on the planet. It’s working and I’m clearing much faster than I could on my own.

Dear Nasrin,

I’m so grateful to be included in the Inner Sight, Inner Light group sessions. Each session has become more powerful than the last. As Metatron stated, my week following session three was emotionally difficult. I was rent with the sense of loss and despair. I turned all of that over to the Mother and to the Holy Spirit and asked that all of my soul fragments be reunited. Much of the pain lifted after that.

For our session 4, I was deeply moved when you and then Metatron led us to release to Divine Mother all that we do not need to carry on our plates that is interfering with our availability to carry through with our Divine Mission. That was also a powerful release for me, although my specific mission is not yet clarified. The fact that I have made this commitment to fulfilled and exceed my spiritual mission perhaps is enough for now. I realize that all who are on this call are being over lit and guided by the Masters. Gaining inner strength and clarity and knowing our own resolve to follow the Light is setting the groundwork for each of us.

I was there on the call last night, very powerful. The entry meditations and group field are so strong now that it is virtually impossible to do or want to do anything else during the session.

On a humorous note, last Sunday’s call I went so far out that I don’t even know when the call ended! When I came back there was music playing and I thought you were just in silence and the call was still happening. After about 5-10 minutes with the music – which was more like doctor’s office than Waves of Bliss music, I checked the time and it was after 10 PM. So I decided that I had “fallen asleep”, the call had ended, and because I was still connected by phone, the music from the conference call service was automatically playing. My deepest desire is to know where the heck I go and what happens when I go out like that.

Anyway, I am so grateful that I know you and you are doing what you do in service to us all.

My Dear Beloved Nasrin,

I was reading the blog and I had no idea that the severe pain I had been experiencing for the last two weeks had to do with the calls. I have complications with my neck. With that, I often get really bad migraines from my neck and usually if I wear my neck brace to bed, it will pretty much lessen the next day or at least the next couple of days.

This time I couldn’t understand why wearing my neck brace would not do the trick this time around until I read the blog about the other lady having problems with headache. So I feel it must be coming from the work that is being done. I also have experienced, the hissing in my ear, the cracking sound and popping sound within my head. LOL, even have caught myself scratching my 3rd eye.

I appreciate so much for her sharing and your explanation. It does make perfect sense. I feel so very blessed to be attending these calls, and part of this work. Thank you so very much for being a channel for this beautiful and much needed work. Bless You!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU!!!

Not so long ago I was told that I survived a concentration camp in a previous lifetime. A friend of mine saw me walking out of the gates. I looked terrible, overwhelmed with dross that I picked up from the people and that place.

Another experience, which relates to that part in my incarnation cycle, happened in July 2007. Together with some friends, we were drawn to go to Skellig Michael in Ireland that year to perform a ceremony on 7/7/7. It was the most amazing experience. I won’t go into detail, but I can tell you that we had a clear sky on that day, while the day before and after the weather wouldn’t allow the boatmen to sail to the island. That the boat ride was like a healing bringing us to another dimension. That the seagulls (they felt like angels) welcomed us by performing synchronized loops in the air. That on the island, while we were occupying the sacred stone ‘beehive’ hut (where the monks used to perform their ceremony) in the middle of a guided tour, the guide prevented people to enter the hut by saying “we will not enter and disturb, since there’s a ceremony going on”. That, at the same time that we were performing the ceremony, the guide was telling the story of the monks who lived there and I realized then that I had spent a lifetime there as a monk .

The experience I’m getting to is when we needed to get custom cleared to enter the gate to catch our aeroplane home. I was held by the personnel who told me to remove my belt and shoes. The next thing, I was being examined and told to go through the scanner. After I walked through it felt like walking out of the gates of a concentration camp once more. Later on when I ordered a tea at some café, it came with a cookie that had a chocolate cover showing a picture which looked like a concentration camp.

Thank you again, Nasrin, for your love and being part of my life. It feels comforting to be able to talk to someone who understands!

Dear Nasrin,

I’m writing you in order to share my experiences with you … I relate to the discourse you gave in session 3 of Inner Sight, Inner Light and confirm what you brought forward upon Divine Mother’s request. After the second session, I had a very difficult week. The next evening, something deep rose to the surface which was very hard to handle. It even scared my wife. Luckily, she eventually responded with love. When this happened I wanted to break things/out. I couldn’t stay put and control it. I put on my running shoes and ran out … I had to scream loudly (I hope I didn’t scare the neighbors too much) and I ran out my heart. I even started beating my body … I lost it at that moment. I ran out of the house two times … eventually my wife found the right words and I could calm myself down. I was full of adrenalin and couldn’t sleep, so I stayed up practically all night. I only slept for 1 hour and a half. The next day when I drove my wife and child to their destination, there was still some of the conflict surrounding me … Still in a frenzy state I drove homewards. Not far from my home I stopped at a crossing. I wasn’t too alert and crossed the road, not looking too well to both sides. The next thing I heard was the squeaking of car tires … a collision was inevitable. I’m sure some dross was brought to the surface and released at that time … it’s interesting to notice that the moment this happens, your environment starts acting upon it. Another proof of how all and everything is linked to one another. I’m very grateful to be part of this group healing session and I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart who’s involved in making this happen!

I have just listened to the second download and you mentioned Saint Karunamaya who was the essence of the Divine Mother. Would Mother Meera and/or Ammachi be the embodiment of Karunamaya who have both incarnated to be here during these amazing times on planet earth? Also Jim guided us through the Red Life Force Energy exercise whereby we drain our dross and pain into the earth. Can we then ask the Angels of the Violet Flame to transmute this density to love for Mother Gaia? As I send my negativity to Mother Gaia I feel a need to bathe this energy in Light rather than leave it in the earth. Do I need to do this or does Mother Gaia transmute this dense energy as she receives it? Thank you Nasrin once again for our amazing classes and meditation

I joined your group on 9/9/08 for the first time. I am also participating in the Inner light and inner sight group sessions for the last 3 weeks.

Today, my wish was answered and more. For the last few months I have been asking for my higher self to merge with me. And then I found you, not knowing really what to expect.

And as you know this is what today’s session was about and more.

I have been reading your books, I am still reading Gifts, little by little as my schedule is often demanding. I have a two questions and would be grateful for any insight:

1- I thought the higher self was the soul and that the soul was the same as the I AM that I AM. Apparently not, could you explain?

2- Since I am rather new at all of this, at least in this realm, It could be that there are some things I am not doing properly. For example, after our last session on 9/28, I developed a wicked headache/migraine that lasted 3 days. Is it that I am not grounding myself after a session is over? If so could you tell me an easy way to ground?

Today, after this wonderful session I decided to link to Mother Earth and breathe. I hope that’s grounding. By the way, I live in Connecticut. Today was a grey cloudy rainy day. But as soon as your session was over, on my left I saw a light, it the sun coming out from behind the clouds, as though to greet me in celebration of the merging of the different aspects.

I followed your recommendation and have been offering everything to the Divine Mother, even the simple actions of my daily routine. I have also been lighting a white candle in Her honor, every day since our last session.

Then in the early hours of the morning I had the most amazing dream. I dreamed that I was meditating with a friend and asked her that when she connects with God to ask Him a question for me. All of a sudden, a female voice started talking to me in the room as though if she was physically present. At the same time a bird flew straight to my left ear and told me the answer to my question, loud and clear, with the same female voice. At that point I was bouncing with joy and told my friend, without a doubt, that this is the voice of the Divine Mother.

To me, it was a beautiful message from the Divine Mother that she hears me.

I re-listened to the tape for last Sunday’s meditation last night and realized it was not my Higher Self that was the woman with the white flowing garments and black raven hair, it was my Soul. That is when I blanked out and missed everything after that on a conscious level. This time when I saw her there was alot of pressure in my head and my third eye and sinus area as well as my temples and my throat. I also felt alot of congestion in my throat and lungs and it was hard to lay still with the energy coming in. I felt so very restless and wanted to jump up and run around the room but I just lay as still as possible and asked my Angels, Sanat Kumara and Divine Mother to release this stuck energy and by the end of the meditation it was better. My ears still ache today and my nose is still a bit stuffed up. But I will work more with this meditation tonight until it gets all the blocks cleared up.Thank you again for all your work and service helping us to re-connect to the spiritual side of ourselves.

Blessings to you Nasrin and all who are working with you to bring us the Inner Sight-Inner Light channeling information. The first session we did was so powerful, as it always is, when you bring in all the Masters, Angelic forces and highest spiritual beings for your sessions. I felt so high for the rest of the week. I connected with my Inner child right away and it was wonderful. I had a joyful feeling that bubbled all over for the whole week.

By Saturday, I could feel a shift in the energy when I woke up and it was heavy and brought up alot for me to clear. It was such a contrast to Friday and the rest of the week when I was bubbling over with joy and the rest of the office ans everyone else I met was having a hard time.

I thought Yippee I’m finally staying in the higher light longer and than I crashed on Saturday. With numerous incidents coming together to drag me down I finally went into my room and burst into tears and called Sanat Kumara. Quan Yin, Mother Mary, Archangel Michael and Goddess Hecate to help me lift off the heaviness that felt so awful to me.

It seemed like all the despair in the world was hitting me. Within minutes the area around me lightened up and I began to feel a sense of peace surround me. I stopped crying and sat with the energy for a half hour and rested in the peace being downloaded into my energy fields.

This last meditation on Sunday, Sept. 28th was wonderful as well but for the first time in a very long time I blanked out after meeting and seeing my Higher Self, who already knows my Inner child and they are friends.

When you asked the Higher Self to come in she did and arrived with white flowing robes and raven black shoulder length hair. She looked at me and I felt such a peace coming off her as my Inner child ran to her and than I was gone and don’t remember anything after that. When I woke up, the phone was silent. I wasn’t sure if anyone was still there or not so I hung up and dialed back in again and it was the same silence so I guess I came back after everyone else had left.

I will be doing that meditation again tonight to see if I missed anything.

I hope his e-mail finds you well and happy. S. Germain requested that we should meet for a reading on the 10th of October or the nearest date possible. For me any day that you choose will be fine at any time. Please let me know when it will be fine for you. I understand now that he chose the 10th, because it is such an auspicious day…I am very happy and grateful to participate in the group sessions. After the first one, I lay down to rest and felt a hot sensation over my womb and the thighs it lasted for a while. My inner child came easily and it requests were not very difficult to fulfill. It wanted a cat (my 16yrs old cat died two months ago) So I negotiated for a whollen one to wait for the real one which will come later. I remembered years ago during a workshop I had a vision of myself with about 3or2yrs of age held at Sai Baba’s arms. I was very happy and he was so loving. The strange thing about him was that his robes were a shade of very light blue, instead of his usual orange one.At the time i knew very little about him, so after that experience i decided to read about him and his great healing powers and love for humanity. I think that part of my healing began then and is continuing now during those wonderful sessions. I feel very moved at times, and shed devotional tears during and after the sessions. Thank you for your feed back. It is most appreciated. I too feel great about Metatron’s discourse. I love the sessions when he becomes passionate about various topics and talks with zest and fervor. We will post all the relevant parts for the public use on the site. We also will arrange to have the transcript up as soon as it is available and are also thinking of ways to post portions of it in other sites and possibly on U-tube.

Our Webmaster, Web-designer and Web-developer are working on strategy to do exactly all the things that you have suggested. It is wonderful when many members of the group come up with the same ideas. It shows that we are all tuned in to the Masters and hear the guidance.

I will inform you of their progress and how everyone can play a role in the unfolding of the strategic plan for reaching a larger audience with the wisdom of the masters. For those of you who are volunteering your services, in the meantime, I would say that it is of imperative importance that we all do what we can to spread the information which we have to as many people as possible. In so doing we need to be neutral and not attached to the outcome. Once we spread the info to whomever we are guided then our work is done and the masters can take over. Then we must trust that the masters are fully capable of doing everything in their power to reach everyone that we bring to them according to their ability to receive.

I would personally like to place a much greater focus on reaching to the generations of young adults and teenagers, as our future is in their hand. Today’s generations of young adults and teenagers are extremely bright and brilliant. They have inquisitive minds which have no care to fit the mold and are intent on changing our world inside out and outward in, as a matter of course. Time, space and the five elements are in their control. Few of them are conscious of their powers and their abilities, most of them are not. What they all share in common is their thirst for the knowledge of the supernatural and ways to harness the powers held within.

Recently I came across a documentary about a bright and beautiful 17 year old American girl who has authored three books on vampires. These have sold more than the total of the Harry Potter books in a much shorter period of time. While I respect these teenager’s need to explore the dark worlds of vampires and such, I believe in providing them with at least an equal opportunity to learn about the world of Light and the Power held within the realms of Light.

We need to focus our collective consciousness on helping the younger generations find answers they seek by directing them to the wisdom offered by the masters and show them that there is an even greater and more magical world awaiting them through the Alchemy of Light.I believe this to be the greatest service that anyone of us could hope for, as the greatest change can be attained in this way in a short period of time.

I therefore ask for guidance from the masters and for all of you to join me in intending, planning, praying, and acting in whatever ways we can to make this a reality. To this end your suggestion,your directives and your actions will be greatly appreciated. Finally I thank you , my dear Toni for your inspiring words and for your desire for active participation in spreading the words and the Light of the masters.

I had the most profound dream at night after the session. I dont remember all of it but the part I remember I was with St. Germain and he handed me the Specter of Power and had me piont it to the light and increased it’s strength! It was quit interesting. Can’t wait for the next one.

I can’t tell you how much your note warms my heart. Why? Because you are acting in total surrender and trust. Seeing what is being described is not easy. It is not a given that you can visualize everything consciously all the time. It may take time but it is all happening exactly the way it is supposed to. Your higher self knows what to do. You are consciously choosing and intending to do this work. Therefore your higher self and the Masters who work with you will do their part and make sure it is done properly. The mind wants to see things concretely, tangibly and in a manner it is used to in the physical. This work is not that, it is in the higher realms where things are not concrete and tangible. The images may jump into your consciousness in a very fleeting way, but the mind dismisses them because they don’t have the texture and “substance” which relevant thoughts have. However with perseverance and peristance the images will eventually begin to register in your consciousness and hold, sometimes in spite of your mind’s resistance. The process will get easier and as you continue to heal, it will get better. Some days are better than others because of the pressures and chaos that we all have to deal with in the mundane. The bottom line is, the healing is happening and your mind will relax and let these images have their say in your consciousness and you will begin to have strong images that you can build on each time. You anchor these images to a greater and greater extent with each time you do it. The more you do the meditations the stronger these images will become.

What is of the greatest importance is the times when you feel the connection. The Love and warmth and the KNOWING THAT THEY AR WITH US AND THEY WTCH OVER US AND THEY LOVE US. Tis may be brought on unexpectedly and seemingly by unrelated events.Yet your soul knows that it all transpired because of the healing. some day you will rep this harvest and remember this time with joy and pride.

Please know that the Masters started us from the top. If you are here with us it is because your soul knows that you can handle it. I will do everything in my power to hold space for you and for everyone else.

To assist your visualization with the Sacred geometries, you can go on the internet and look up Sacred geometries or Platonic Solids to get an idea of what they are. This may help.I am looking into a way to make diagrams of these shapes for everyone’s benefit. However as you can imagine all this requires time, money and resources. In fact I am about to ask for volunteers for website graphic design to join us to make the teachings easier to understand. Perhaps you will join me in prayers and invocations to the masters to bring us experts in every field.

Meantime I do ask you to stick with it and you will begin to have more satisfying visualizations. Keep in mind that everybody’s visualization is slightly different because we are all different. Yours will be unique as well. So, what you see is what is right for you to see. You can’t make any mistakes. It is wonderful to have you in our group. The 6/23/08 meditation was powerful and deep. Michael’s introduction is clear and helpful. Jim’s group preparation is well constructed and sets the perfect table for the feast we are given. I also like that the session is contained and that we don’t break the energy by talking when it’s over. You’ve created a wonderful format for these discourses and meditations.

Earlier in the day I’d been continuing to prepare the format and content of East Coast Chant which will include a slide show of images while I talk, sing, or we chant. The screen saver program came on while I was trying to decide which images to present during different parts of East Coast Chant. The program is called “LightSource: A Sacred Geometry Experience vol.1″ and it has 13 images that move and colors that change and fade and get stronger – very powerful to watch. I became transfixed as the sacred geometry images appeared on the wall 10 times the size of my computer screen. It was so exciting to re-discover them in this context so I spent a large part of the afternoon doing research on the actual and esoteric meaning of each of the symbols. This DVD has images of Vesica Piscis, Torus, Flower of Life, Seed of Life with Tree of Life, Metatron’s Cube, Golden Mean Spiral, Endless Knot, Sri Yantra, Harmonics of Music and Thirteen Chakras, Electromagnetic Field of the Human Merkaba, Seal of Life and the Ankh Cross, Decagon with Pentagonal Star, and Sacred Heart. They have several products and Vol. 2 is out now at http://www.sacred-geometry.com. Yum!

I was almost brought to tears in the meditation when we were shown sacred geometry symbols in Sanat Kumara’s heart because it confirmed that I had been in the energy field of the evening meditation all day long without really knowing it. How sweet! And proof that time does not exist.

Near the end of the meditation my head fell forward as I left my body. I snapped to attention thinking I had fallen asleep while Sanat Kumara was talking, and within a second or two of coming awake you/he began to talk again. Then I realized there must have been a period of silence. If there wasn’t any silence then I missed a portion and will look forward to hearing the recording and what I missed.

I’m finally moving to a place of courage about presenting what I do vocally in public and I have the support of two of the musicians I’ve worked with. Last night’s meditation helped me understand my resistance and programming rooted in the Atlantean experience (why bother putting the essence of who I am out there if it’s just going to fail). East Coast Chant is my first attempt to combine my spiritual work and creative expressions and make this combination a public offering. East Coast Chant will have elements of performance, education and audience participation through chants and guided meditations for personal healing and world service in each 1.5 to 2 hour event. I also feel like the support I need in the form of lots of people attending on a regular basis is being provided by the invisible realms (and my promotional efforts).

One of the homework assignments is to notice how the group field works and report on what we observe and experience. Boy will I have a story to share about being in a group field! I’m much more energetically aligned with your work than the Bailey work but I decided to join that group because I know and like the teacher Donna Mitchell-Moniak, and wanted to exercise my brain and intellectual understanding of such things.

It is a miracle that I was drawn into the meditation, there are so many we can be part of these day on the internet. i also informed you that I cannot be of service when it comes to the financail part. we all have to make changes and moved from the cost into the land where (I wish) will not come the floods (netherlands).
It takes so much to realize this with me and my three daughters, having a awfull job and no money to spend.
I am so happy that through you both I could listen to the meditation. it was ment to be so.
Now I feel myself breathing again with a lot of space in my throat chakra, men what a relief!
It was a wonderful energy and now I know that we can achieve our goal because we will know everything on time.
Neverteless it is not easy to transform with those heatwaves all the time and pressure in the head.
